Our objective is to work with you to find the optimal result. Twenty experienced field staff and a very capable internal team are happy to provide you with support. From on-site measurements through to individual wear solutions, we can help you to reduce your wear costs.
We design and develop.
With our many years of experience in putting together many wear protection solutions we will also work with you to develop the right solution. Using state-of-the-art 3D design software through to complex FEM simulations, our technical staff develop individual design concepts that we can implement in our in-house production facility.
We manufacture – to measure.
We specialise in the efficient and economical production of small production runs and individual components made from CRACOX, the extremely wear-resistant special fine-grained steel. The machining centres, set up to be dedicated to your application, guarantee adherence to dimensions and maintenance of the tightest tolerances.
We supply.
You can choose the mode of shipment that is economical and at the right time for you, making use of our in-house fleet of trucks, contract carriers, parcels services and overnight shipping. All tooth systems, standard cutting edge systems and crushing tools in common use are always available from our store. Thanks to our delivery capability we can help you promptly
We assemble and install.
We can get down to work and be your partner for assembly and installation. If necessary a functional check of complex modules is made in advance using state-of-the-art 3D software.
We get it working again.
We regenerate your machines and facilities. Our technical staff will appraise the on-site situation and offer you a collection service using our in-house fleet of vehicles. Together with you we will develop the right wear-protection solution. Work is carried out in our facilities, or on your site in the case of components that are difficult to disassemble or transport.
