CRACO produces armour plates and impact plates for all impact grinding mills, hammer mills and shredders. All parts are delivered cut to size and drilled, ready for installation. With the appropriate attachment fittings as required. The customer can choose between 5 sheet qualities with hardnesses from 400 to 650 Hb and thicknesses up to 120 mm. In addition 7 hard alloys are available.
CRACO staff are happy to advise you on the right choice of material corresponding to your particular wear conditions. CRACO can refer back to a large collection of drawings, or we can produce from a model, or from measurements taken on site. With the aid of hardness measurements and spectral analysis we can determine the quality of the material that was previously deployed. Exclusive use of the premium steel CRACOX and rapid and economical implementation in our own production facility using our extensive range of production facilities ensures the quality and reliability for which we are well known.
